Before you post

  1. You must be 18 or older, sign in with a verified Gmail account and accept the terms in My account.
  2. Choose a city and category, provide accurate information and CAD pricing, and only share contact details you are authorized to disclose.
  3. Complete the three-step form, save a draft, then submit it for review from My information. Saving does not make it public.
  4. New posts and public edits are reviewed. Misleading, unlawful, duplicate, discriminatory, infringing or incorrectly categorized content may be returned or removed.

Review timing: There is currently no guaranteed turnaround. Check My information for status and any reasons for changes.

Daily creation request limits apply, including some failed saves, and reset at 00:00 UTC. Driver listings also require phone verification and regional eligibility.

Contacting a publisher

Public contact details chosen by the publisher appear on the listing. Member-only details require signing in and accepting the terms before revealing them. When no contact details are public, sign in to send an inquiry. Sign-in email addresses are not automatically public.

Reporting a listing

Public listings can be reported without signing in. Select Report on a listing, describe the issue in 10–2000 characters and confirm submission. A confirmation appears after submission. Message reports are limited to conversation participants. A report does not automatically remove a listing.

Report processing: Reports are reviewed by risk and receipt order; there is currently no guaranteed turnaround.

Before making arrangements

Verify the item, job, housing or trip details. Do not share passwords or verification codes with strangers. This site does not collect payments or deposits.
